Self Indulgence

I love the idea of having the most fabulous shoes scattered through a room. I figured if you can't wear them everyday why not seek a place to display them for everyday to see.

A Translation...

You didn't think I left you DID YOU? Sorry for my lack of recent posts, a project at work has left me little time.
FASHION AT HOME

Chinoiserie: Shades of green and hints of light orange are displayed in the chinoiserie design.

NATURE: The most obvious statement the tree branch, it incorporates nature into a design element and in a presentation outlook of a gown.

Cherry Blossom: Cherry blooms are in full bloom on the detailed flowers on the burgundy Dior gown and on the wallpaper

Christian Dior Spring 2007 Couture
What I particularly liked about this Christian Dior couture collection is that it can easily translate into a room, of course in a different interpretation either in the form of a comforter, an element, in wallpaper, color, style, etc.. Fashion & Interior Design are relatively similar.

Lately I seen a lot of pink-- pretty pink dresses such as the pink sleeveless Givenchy frock worn by Audrey in 'Breakfast at Tiffany's'.

As pretty-in-pink as Audrey's cocktail dress is, I love this pink & white kitchen pictured.
